07.01.2009 New Year's reception.

Last Wednesday at 6pm we had once again our monthly business mixer.

After a short reception the chairmen of the Dutch Polish Business Club gave an opening speech. He wished everyone a happy new year and business wise a lot of success. Briefly he talked about the financial crisis and its side effects and asked not to have a too negative and fearful approach. He went on giving a short presentation about the new website of The Dutch Polish Business Club; which is currently under construction. Afterwards there was still time to network and to enjoy the buffet and drinks. It was very cozy, so even half an hour after closing time there were still people, therefore some of them decided to continue the conversation somewhere else in the city centre.
