The BCW is host of a Dutch trade mission was passing through Poznan.

The trade mission focuses on food technology; Wednesday 09.03.2011 was used for matchmaking in our city.
 
  Mr. Toine van Poppel, "Agricultural Attachee" at the Embassy in Warsaw shared his vision on the current situation on the world food markets. We have seen remarkable turbulences on commodities of grain, sugar and oils in the last months. Sadly, this turbulences also spilled over in serious political upheavals in some parts of the world. Mr. Van Poppel provided interesting background information on food security issues anno 2011.
